Vitality Essentials: "$59 Medical Evaluation & Labs" promotion applies to Vitality Essentials and Men's Vitality non-hormone treatments Initial Medical Evaluation & Initial Lab Orders. Regular Cost: Medical Evaluation & Lab Orders $99.
